These Four Apartments are in the Front sea facing block and have an unobstructed full Sea & “Breaker” View. The Complex is right next to the Uvongo Main Beach which is close to Margate (KzN).

Two Bedrooms – Bathroom with separate: Shower & small Bath – Sleeps max of 6 persons – Self Catering – fully Furnished with Cutlery & Crockery, etc – Stove – Fridge (260L: 200L+ 60L) – Microwave – Bed Linen (exclude: bath towels & dish-cloths) – Weekday basic Cleaning service (exclude: weekends & Pub holidays) –TV (includes DSTV: “Easyview Bouquet” with SABC 1, 2, 3 + ETV channel etc. For full DSTV viewing; you may bring your own decoder + card) – Ceiling Fans – lockup Wall Safe.

 

The Apartments are part of the Holiday Complex, which is Secured with a Palisade Fence & electrical Motor-gate & Electrical security on the perimeter. There is a private Swimming Pool, Kid’s Playground & outdoor Braai facility. A covered Carport Parking is provided.

 

These Four Apartments (No. 2, 4, 5 & 7) are Privately -Managed & -Let Out by the Owners directly. PS: All 4 flats have full sea-view. Access to flats + inside, are “wheel chair friendly”.

 

Uvongo Main beach: - right next door (±50m); beach: - Shark Nets – fulltime Life Guards on duty – Surfing & “Boogie boarding” – children’s Swimming Pool – public Toilets – beach side Café serves “take-away” meals – also a sea view Restaurant – Lagoon with paddle boats – Fishing pier.

*            A max of 6 people (adults, children and babies included) may occupy the apartment at any time.

*            Bed linen is included. But, bring own towels (bath + swim) and dish cloths.

*            Special Discount for SAPS members & Pensioners in the “Out-of-Season” for longer than 14 days

*             A Deposit is required to confirm the Booking and should be paid within 5 days.

   *             No Students/ -groups (if unaccompanied by parents) or rowdy groups are allowed.

   *             NSmoking” is allowed inside apartment. You may use the balcony area.

   *             No Pets are allowed in the apartment or on the Complex premises.

*             No Fishing/ Boating tackle/ Gear/ Bicycles, etc allowed in the apartment. Use the Patio/ balcony.

Out-of-Season Tariff:-

5 days & more:        R370/ day is the basic Fee daily Tariff, for the first 2 persons.

                               Thereafter; an additional R80 (adult/ children) & R40 (baby<2 yrs) ** per person per day.
                               (Year 2017: R80 & R40)
Less than 5 days:    Tariff for first 2 persons: R370 (5 days) – R380 (4 day) – R400 (3 days) – R420 (2 days)

                                AND also same prorata calculation will apply, for any extra persons (+ admin fee: R50 pp).

Notes:        Booking dates are only secured, once the required deposits have been made.

Deposit of R500 for first down payment, required within 7 Days.

                   A non-refundable “once-off” Admin/ cleaning Fee: R320 (out-season) / R440 (weekends, holidays, peak periods) is payable. (Year 2017:  R340 / R460)

                   The The Breakage Deposit of  R300 (Hol: R500) is refundable after “Departure Inspection”.
